TNG is riddled with pants and Voyager is swamped with them. However, there are gems. Go on geek forums and look up episodes by particular writers. I remember Brannon Braga was known for writing some of the weirder time-paradox type eps in Voyager and TNG, tho apparently he's fallen out of favour. That's the extent of my geekdom on the matter.
